Warranty + Disclaimers

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase they make from Steahly. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all parts in brand new condition, unused, in original packaging with original tags. No returns or exchanges will be honored 30 days after Steahly ships the purchase from its warehouse.

However, we do want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so let us know if you have problems and we may be able to assist. In the event of a possible defect in material or wormanship, or any other defect in a part manufactured by Steahly Off Road, we may refund of the purchase price or provide a replacement of the part only if Steahly Off Road determines the part to be defective. Incedental and/or consequentall damage will not be covered. The part is subject to Steahly Off Road inspection within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, no replacement part will be issued without prior inspection. Under no circumstances will Steahly Off Road be responsible for incidental and/or consequential damages, property damage, personal injury damage, or damage, injury, cost or expense of any kind or nature whatsoever. Products not manufactured or engineered by Steahly Off Road are limited to the manufacturer's warranty, if any. However, we may serve as an agent to help you get the problem solved. By purchasing a Steahly Off Road product or a product sold by Steahly Off Road, you (1) acknowledge the above disclaimer and agree to its terms; (2) agree that any claim brought against Steahly Off Road arising from and/or brought in or otherwise related to a part manufactured, designed or sold by Steahly Off Road must be brought in the Oregon State Courts located in the County of Jackson and that Oregon law shal apply on all issues, and (3) any claim against Steahly Off Road must be brought within one (1) year of purchase of the product. Steahly Off Road makes no other warranty, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Flywheel Weights

Guarantee – Since we have no control over installation, application, or use of our flywheel weights they are sold as is. No warranty is expressed or implied. Steahly Products Inc. may, at our discretion, repair or replace a flywheel weight that we believe is defective, however, our liability extends only to the flywheel weight and does not in any event include incidental or consequential damages. If you have a problem or installation questions give us a call, we may be able to help.

Satisfaction – If you are not completely satisfied with the effects of the added flywheel weight we may be able to work with you by customizing your flywheel weight to better suit your needs. There are many variables that may affect the amount of weight that may be perfect for your needs. Individual rider preference, riding ability, type of terrain, and engine modifications are some of these variables. If you feel that the Steahly Flywheel Weight is too heavy we may be ably to remove some of the weight for a small fee. Some models can not be lightened, so call first to discuss

Motorcycles are dangerous. Serious injury, death and property damage can result from the use of motorcycles. This risk is increased by improper installation or misuses of aftermarket parts. Steahly Off Road customers must exercise good judgment in the use, control, alteration, part selection and installation, and maintenance of their motorcycles. Because dirt bikes are often subjected to racing, abuse, misuse and extreme conditions, and we have no control over installation, flywheels and flywheel weights have no warranty whatsoever.
