Returns + Replacements
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date. In the event a return or exchange is needed, please follow the guidelines below to for returns and replacements.
Return items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Items must be sent back freight prepaid. To process a return, contact Steahly's Customer Service to be assigned a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number must be marked on the outside of the return packaging.
Ship the returned goods to our facility using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking or insurance to ensure delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will issue your refund to the form of payment originally used to make the purchase.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For exchanges please contact Steahly's Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. If the exchange is due to our error, you will not be charged a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, Steahly may provide return postage. If exchange is requested due to customer error the customer is responsible for return postage.

Speak to our Customer Service Reps for help in determining the product you want as replacement. We will assist you in making your replacement purchase. To expedite shipping of your replacement part, please order your replacement part simultaneously with your return.
