Shipping Information + Delivery
We ship orders via UPS and USPS.
Retail orders over $300, excluding Suspension Service, are shipped FREE economy shipping to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation via email with tracking numbers for your delivery.
Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter your Zip Code to calculate shipping costs for your entire order. Shipping costs are determined by the following:
- Destination of your order
- Total cost of order
- Total weight
- Your specified shipping method.
Steahly ships to international addresses almost every day by UPS or Postal Service.
International shipments are subject to additional fees such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the client. If these fees are charged to Steahly in error, the fees will be in turn invoiced to the customer and the customer agrees to pay the Steahly invoice in full. The customer's credit card on file used to make the original purchase will be charged for these additional fees.
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email Shipment Notification including a list of products shipped and a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available from the shipper.
Third Party Shipping Responsibility
Steahly is not liable for any carrier delaying in the delivery of products. If a shipping company fails to deliver on the specific date, Steahly will not refund shipping costs. A claim can be opened with the shipper on your behalf and a refund of any kind must be issued by the shipping provider, not by Steahly. Steahly will honor our return policy for products not received in a customer's expected time frame if the shipment was not shipped out on the date specified on the shipping confirmation.
