This 5 ounce flywheel will reduce stalling, make the power easier to use and more chugable in technical sections.
Fits all EXC, XC, XCW 250, 300 2-stroke 08-16 USA, Australia, and EU models with or without electric start. Also 250 Freeride 2-stroke. (Not SX).
This weight is attached to the stock flywheel by means of an interference (press) fit. We supply a special tool to press the weight on without using a hydraulic press. some of the photos show the weight ring attached to the stock rotor (stock rotor not included).
This installation can be done at home by someone with average or above mechanical abilities, or you can send us your stock flywheel and we will install it for free (shipping not included).
You will need to remove your stock flywheel using the correct flywheel puller (Steahly part number E-46 for $19.95) or similar.
