Includes a complete stator assembly with lighting and ignition coils, pickup coil, and wired ready to bolt on and plug in.
This replaces the stock stator unit.
About 40 watts of lighting output.
This stator is an inexpensive way to run lights without changing the power delivery of the motorcycle. A flywheel puller is not needed for installation. For an AC system a voltage regulator should be added. For a DC system you will need to add a regulator-rectifier and a small battery.
- LED headlights or fan kits will need a DC system
- Halogen or incandesent headlights can use either AC or DC system
- AC systems we recommend a voltage regulator (L-4603) for most applications
- DC systems we recommend a regulator/rectifier (L-RR) and small battery (L-040) for most application
