This replaces the main cluster of coils on the stator plate to give you about 50 watts of lighting power. Some soldiering may be required. Using a voltage regulator is recommended. Has a 6 month limited manufacturers warranty.
Our coils are an inexpensive way to run lights without changing the power delivery of the motorcycle. They can be used with a Steahly flywheel weight. A flywheel puller is needed for installation.
- LED headlights or fan kits will need a DC system
- Halogen or incandesent headlights can use either AC or DC system
- AC systems we recommend a voltage regulator (L-4603) for most applications
- DC systems we recommend a regulator/rectifier (L-RR) and small battery (L-040) for most application
- Flywheel puller may be required
