Shipping & Delivery
Many shipping options are available at different shipping speeds and prices through UPS and USPS for domestic and international orders. Retail orders over $300.00 receive free economy shipping in the contiguous 48 states, except for our suspension service. Orders to Alaska & Hawaii that are over $300.00 will receive discounted shipping.

Backorders
Backorders are kept and filled as soon as possible. If over 30 days customers will be contacted for order verification before shipping..
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event of a return or exchange please call to be issued a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items being returned for refund or exchange must be in new condition and in original packaging. Items must be sent back freight prepaid. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date. Online orders may not be cancelled after time of purchase, however errors may be able to be corrected if brought to our attention in a timely manner
Warranty & Disclaimer
Motorcycles are dangerous. Serious injury, death and property damage can result from the use of motorcycles. This risk is increased by improper installation or misuse of aftermarket parts. Steahly Off Road customers must exercise good judgment in the use, control, alteration, part selection and installation, and maintenance of their motorcycles. Because dirt bikes are often subjected to racing, abuse, misuse and extreme conditions and we have no control over installation, flywheels and flywheel weights have no warranty what so ever. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase so let us know if you have problems and we may be able to help. In the event of a possible defect in material or design, or any other defect in a part manufactured, designed by Steahly Off Road, the responsibility of Steahly Off Road is limited to either a refund of the purchase price or the replacement of the part only if Steahly Off Road determines the part to be defective. The part is subject to Steahly Off Road inspection within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, no replacement part will be issued without prior inspection. Under no circumstances will Steahly Off Road be responsible for incidental and/or consequential damages, property damage, personal injury damage, or damage, injury, cost or expense of any kind or nature whatsoever. Products not manufactured or engineered by Steahly Off Road are limited to the manufactures warranty, if any. However, we will serve as an agent to help you get the problem solved. By purchasing a Steahly Off Road product or a product sold by Steahly Off Road, you (1) acknowledge the above disclaimer and agree to its terms; (2) agree that any claim brought against Steahly Off Road arising from and/or pertaining to or otherwise related to a part manufactured, designed or sold by Steahly Off Road must be brought in the Oregon State Courts located in the County of Jackson and that Oregon law shall apply on all issues; and (3) any claim against Steahly Off Road must be brought within one (1) year of purchase of the product. Steahly Off Road makes no other warranty, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
